Terms & Conditions — tak1971 Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and tak1971 (hereinafter "tak1971", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the tak1971 online gaming platform available at tak1971.net and any associated mobile interfaces, applications, or services.

By registering an account, accessing any section of the tak1971 platform, placing a wager, making a deposit or withdrawal, or participating in any promotion or bonus programme offered by tak1971, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tak1971 platform and close your account.

tak1971 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the tak1971.net website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

tak1971 is operated as an online gaming platform serving adult players located in Bangladesh. All account balances, transactions, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. tak1971 does not apply currency conversion fees for BDT-denominated accounts. All monetary references in these Terms are in BDT unless otherwise stated.

tak1971 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted availability but do not guarantee that the platform will be accessible at all times, particularly during scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including internet infrastructure disruptions affecting Bangladesh.

To access the full range of tak1971 products and services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active tak1971 account at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any bonuses credited to those accounts.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national ID card or passport
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• A valid email address that you own and control
• Your date of birth (you must be 18 years of age or older)
• Your residential address within Bangladesh
• Your preferred BDT payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account details)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tak1971 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tak1971 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tak1971 support immediately at [email protected].

tak1971 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account that has already been registered if, in its sole assessment, the registration information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, or if the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

By registering an account and using the tak1971 platform, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. tak1971 enforces strict age verification procedures at the point of registration and before processing withdrawal requests. Age verification may require you to submit a scanned copy or clear photograph of a government-issued identity document clearly showing your date of birth.

If tak1971 discovers or reasonably suspects that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 18, the following actions will be taken immediately and without prior notice:

• The account will be suspended pending investigation
• All real-money gaming access will be blocked
• Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited
• The original deposited funds will be returned to the payment source used for the deposit, where technically feasible
• The account will be permanently closed following investigation

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and credited to your tak1971 account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited depending on your bank's clearing schedule. tak1971 only accepts deposits from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by tak1971's payments team within a maximum of 24 hours from submission during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier members benefit from priority withdrawal processing with target turnaround times of under 4 hours. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to verification requirements.

• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved. This is a one-time requirement unless tak1971 requests re-verification due to changes in your account details.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of your balance derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. See Section 05 for full Bonus Terms.
• Withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period. Standard accounts may withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day. VIP tier limits are higher and communicated to members individually.
• Suspicious transactions may be delayed pending additional verification. tak1971 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for up to 72 hours if unusual activity is detected on an account.

tak1971 does not accept deposits made using credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the platform's current approved payment method list. Attempts to deposit via unsupported payment channels will result in the funds being returned to their source and may trigger an account review.

tak1971 offers a range of bonus promotions to both new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, cricket season bonuses, and seasonal cultural event promotions (including Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh free spins, and Victory Day cashback). All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses credited to a tak1971 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The standard wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be turned over in real-money wagers before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

• Wagers placed on live casino table games, cricket betting, and slot games generally count at 100% towards wagering requirements unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% for certain table games) or may be entirely excluded from wagering requirement accumulation. Excluded games are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing wagers, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• If you withdraw your real-money balance before completing your bonus wagering requirement, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• tak1971 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it reasonably believes that a Player is exploiting bonus terms through low-risk, mechanistic betting patterns designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value prior to meeting wagering requirements, and may not be exchanged for real money unless wagering requirements are fully satisfied. tak1971 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

tak1971 is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered members. All games on the tak1971 platform — including slot titles, live casino games, crash games, and sportsbook markets — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming from regulated studio environments. Game outcomes are not influenced by tak1971 or by any action of the Player outside of the game's defined mechanics.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tak1971 platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening multiple accounts with the intent to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent deposit limits, or obscure gambling history
• Collusion with other players during live casino games, poker tournaments, or any multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place wagers, interact with games, or manipulate account activity without genuine human input
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated with a payment provider after receiving gaming value at tak1971; all chargeback attempts will be disputed and may result in legal action
• Fraud or identity misrepresentation including registering an account with a false name, false date of birth, or using another person's payment credentials
• Exploitation of software errors or game glitches to generate winnings that would not arise under normal game operation; winnings generated from known or reported bugs are void
• Match fixing or insider information in sportsbook betting markets, including cricket betting markets

tak1971 employs a dedicated fraud and integrity team that monitors all account activity, betting patterns, and transaction histories in real time. Players identified as engaging in any of the above prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended immediately pending investigation, and any winnings generated during the suspect period may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

You may request the closure of your tak1971 account at any time by contacting the Player Support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to your registered BDT payment method.

Self-Exclusion: If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — because you feel that gambling is becoming problematic or harmful — tak1971 strongly recommends using the self-exclusion feature rather than a standard closure. Self-exclusion is a formal responsible gaming tool that locks your account and prevents re-registration for a defined period. tak1971 also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Discovery that a Player is under 18 years of age
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 06
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time period following a request from tak1971
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with zero balance that have not been accessed for 12 consecutive months)

In cases where tak1971 closes an account due to a violation of these Terms, tak1971 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the violation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tak1971 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tak1971 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from gaming outcomes, including losing bets or unsuccessful spins
• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or goodwill
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or software errors that affect the delivery of gaming services
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your login credentials

tak1971's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the legal basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to tak1971 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tak1971's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and standard online gaming industry practices applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Player resides.

tak1971 operates its platform with a commitment to transparency, fair dispute resolution, and player protection. In the event of a dispute between a Player and tak1971 regarding any matter covered by these Terms, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint or dispute in writing to [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your query within 24 hours and provide a formal response within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to tak1971's senior compliance team by clearly stating "Formal Dispute Escalation" in the subject line of your follow-up email. Escalated disputes receive a written decision within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Resolution: tak1971 is committed to resolving all genuine player disputes fairly and in good faith. Where a Player dispute involves a game outcome, tak1971 will provide the relevant game transaction logs and RNG certification references to support its position.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tak1971 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

tak1971's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of tak1971.
